Located in the historic Mount Vernon area of Virginia, In Stitches is a full-service needlework shop, dedicated to serving our many customers' needs.

Our cozy shop displays the latest designs in both counted cross-stitch and needlepoint. Our extensive fiber, fabric, and canvas collections allow stitchers of all levels to create beautiful works, from basic beginner projects to more intricate designs for the advanced stitcher. And once a design is complete, we can help you put the final touches on your piece in our custom framing and finishing department.

In business for more than 15 years, In Stitches has a knowledgeable and friendly staff to assist you at every turn. Dedicated owner Ellen Meyer lends her expertise and passion for stitching to create an engaging atmosphere for all.
